The Mansion Apartments is a pet friendly community. We welcome dogs and cats, up to 2 pets per apartment. Our pet deposit, due at move-in, is $500 for the first pet and $250 for a second. Our monthly pet rent is $50 per pet (under 50lbs) and $60 per pet (over 50lbs), per month. Some breed restrictions apply. Please contact the Leasing Center for our complete pet policy..
